You can cancel an order at any time before the order ships. You may cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service info@clauven.com but due to time differences between Europe and other countries, we can not guarantee a service custome r service receives your request before the control vessels.

 

How can I track my package?

 

We will send you an email when we ship your purchase that will include a tracking number to track your package.

 

What happens if I buy a pre-order item and inventory items simultaneously?

 

Once you complete the order, it will be divided into two types. Stock items will be shipped immediately and pre-order items will be shipped once the items are in stock Yoüll receive a confirmation email informing you of the pre-order has arrived and is ready to ship. You will only be charged once for shipping (if any).

 

What Clauven can do if my package is lost?

 

Packages are rarely lost. If your package does not arrive please timely contact our customer service to file a report package lost RMA.
